Returns & Cancellations
Returns are possible worldwide for all full price items within 14 days of shipping. Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
DANSE LENTE reserves the right to not accept any return or merchandise that does not meet the below requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
Please be aware that original shipping fees are not refundable.
Purchases must be returned to the original shipping country. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all DANSE LENTE item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything DANSE LENTE reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
DANSE LENTE packages will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask you to contact firstname.lastname@example.org directly. We will then provide you with further information.
Returns need to be shipped on the customer’s own expense.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to price conversion and bank commissions the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please keep your shipping note until you have received your refund.
We ship under the terms of DAP (Delivered At Place). Customers are responsible for the payment of import duties and clearance taxes once the shipment has arrived at the destination country. Refusal to pay the imposed tax/duty OR if the product is returned due to absence of recipient, will result in a return shipping fee that will be deducted from the original payment and refund, along with any duties and taxes incurred.
If you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact us immediately by email (email@example.com). Once accepted, the payment will be refunded into your account which may take up to 10 business days. Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing/shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
Additionally, we may not change the order once the product has already been shipped.
