We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. We aim to provide a waybill number by email within 48 hours of receiving your order (based on business days), then you may begin tracking the day after.

Inspired by nature and with sustainability at the heart, our very first shoe range features carefully chosen vegan leather as each piece is individually made to order in pursuit of zero waste. Therefore, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery as we hand make your order just for you!

At the moment we are unable to ship orders to the Russian Federation.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAX

Delivery costs and import duties are included in the item price when shipping to China, South Korea, Europe and United Kingdom. The price you see is the price you pay.

*For all other countries, we ship based on terms of DAP (Delivered At Place). In which case, customers will be responsible for any duties imposed by local customs.

REFUSED SHIPMENT

Please be aware that if an order is refused at delivery or you refuse to pay the imposed taxes, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by DANSELENTE.COM back to you. Additionally, a total of USD 30 will be deducted from the original payment amount for return shipping fee. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS AMENDMENTS

If you would like to amend your shipping address, please contact us immediately by
email (customercare@danselente.com). However, we may not amend once the product has already been shipped.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact us immediately by email (customercare@danselente.com). Once accepted, the payment will be refunded into your account which may take up to 10 business days. Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing/shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Additionally, we may not change the order once the product has already been shipped.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


RETURNS


Returns are possible worldwide for all full price items within 14 days of shipping. Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.

Item must be unused and in original condition attached with any related accessories including the box and dust bag. DANSE LENTE reserves the right to not accept any return that does not meet the requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.

Please be aware that original shipping fees are not refundable.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

DANSE LENTE packages will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask you to contact customercare@danselente.com directly. We will then provide you with further information.

Returns need to be shipped on the customer’s own expense.

Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.


EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund. 

If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to price conversion and bank commissions the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please keep your shipping note until you have received your refund.
