Your order is shipped from our nearest warehouse and delivered directly to your home.

 

1.Shipping Time:

 

For In-Stock items, generally, it will take 1-2 days for us to process your order.


For pre-order items, typically, we will specify the exact timeframe on the product page. The processing will take place within 1-2 days after restocking the product.

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to parcel pick-up locations.

For standard shipping, we use your local postal services such as USPS, Royal Mail, and LePost.

United States: Duty and taxes will be charged based on your region.


International: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that DANSE LENTE does not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.

5.SHIPPING ADDRESS AMENDMENTS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.


If you would like to amend your shipping address, please contact us immediately by email (customercare@danselente.com). However, we may not amend once the product has already been shipped.


6.ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact us immediately by email (customercare@danselente.com). Once accepted, the payment will be refunded into your account which may take up to 10 business days. Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing/shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Additionally, we may not change the order once the product has already been shipped.

Initiating a Return:

Items must be in their unused condition, suitable for resale, and with original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Geographical Specifics:
  • United States Returns: We kindly request that items be returned exclusively via USPS-Parcel Select Ground.
  • United Kingdom Returns: Please ensure returns are conducted through Royal Mail - International Tracked & Signed service
Non-Specified Channels:
Please be aware that utilizing return channels other than those specified may result in extended processing times and potential additional fees for your refund.
 
Choose a traceable courier service:
We recommend you to choose international couriers that offer tracking services to ensure the safety and traceability of the package.

 

  
EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.



REFUNDS

Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 5 working days after the receipt and inspection of the returned item. The inspection will verify that the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please keep your shipping note until you have received your refund.
