1. How much does shipping cost?

- To make your items arrive more smoothly, you need to fill in the address in ENGLISH, and please don't use PO Boxes.


2. How long will it take to get my order?

For In - Stock items, generally it will take 1-2 days for us to process your order.

For Pre - Order items, generally it will take around 30 days (Specific time would be mentioned in product page) for us to restock IT and then process it in 1-2 days when it is restocked.

After we process the order, standard shipping order will take around 15-25 business days to arrive.


3. What shipping carriers do you use?

For standard shipping, we use your local postal services such as USPS, Royal Mail, and LePost.


4. What about duty and taxes?

United States: Duty and taxes will be charged based on your region.

International: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that DANSE LENTE does not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at as soon as you place your order.

- In United States, please enter the unit number/apartment number.

- In Brazil, the tax ID number is known as CPF (format: 000.000.000-00) for natural persons and CNPJ (format: 00.000.000/0000-00) for legal persons.

- In Portugal, the correct Postcode format should be 4 numbers followed by a hyphen and 3 extra digits. (eg. 1950-344)



If you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact us immediately by email ( Once accepted, the payment will be refunded into your account which may take up to 10 business days. Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing/shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Additionally, we may not change the order once the product has already been shipped.



1. Can I return my product?

- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

- The refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Generally, customers should be responsible for the cost of any returning items.


2. How do I return?

- Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

- Drop off your package at the local post office.

- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If the item is not suitable, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting us first.
- We do not accept packages returned using Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returned items that are on sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. FINAL SALE: All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.




Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 5 working days after the receipt and inspection of the returned item. The inspection will verify that the item is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please keep your shipping note until you have received your refund.
